SPICY SAUTÉED BOK CHOY

SPICY SAUTÉED BOK CHOY

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon pepper flakes

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

10 heads bok choy

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon hot chili oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

PREPARATION

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat; add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until garlic is golden brown, about 2 minutes.

Mix together sesame oil, hot chili oil and soy sauce. Set aside.

Add bok choy whites and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add bok choy leaves and pour soy sauce mixture into pan. Cook until leaves are softened, about 3-5 minutes. Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
