CLEMENTINE: Don’t be fooled by their size – these tiny clementine’s pack a powerful punch. Rich in inflammation reducing antioxidants, this wonder fruit promotes healthy cell growth, increases iron absorption and fights against heart disease.  Eat one and you’ll get 60% of the daily recommended intake of vitamin C.  Now that’s impressive.


CLEMENTINES + HONEY-GLAZED BRIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 wheel of Brie

  • 3 tablespoons honey, divided

  • 2 clementines, peeled and cut into rounds

  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds, optional

  • Toasted rustic bread for serving

PREPARATION

Heat oven to 350°. Place brie on a parchment lined sheet pan. Drizzle brie with 2 tablespoons of honey. Bake 5 to 7 minutes. Top with clementines, remaining honey and if you’re feeling fancy, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with oil-brushed bread.
