CLEMENTINES + HONEY-GLAZED BRIE
INGREDIENTS
1/4 wheel of Brie
3 tablespoons honey, divided
2 clementines, peeled and cut into rounds
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds, optional
Toasted rustic bread for serving
PREPARATION
Heat oven to 350°. Place brie on a parchment lined sheet pan. Drizzle brie with 2 tablespoons of honey. Bake 5 to 7 minutes. Top with clementines, remaining honey and if you’re feeling fancy, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with oil-brushed bread.
