WATERMELON: Watermelon is the ultimate hydration hero. WATERMELON + BLACKBERRY FRUIT PLATE

INGREDIENTS

4 cups of cubed watermelon

1 cup of blackberries

1 lime, juiced

2 limes, quartered (for garnish)

Mint sprigs

Himalayan sea salt

PREPARATION

Combine watermelon, blackberries and mint sprigs in a large bowl. Gently toss. Drizzle with freshly squeezed lime juice. Add a dash of freshly ground Himalayan sea salt. Serve with quartered lime wedges or mint sprigs .
